Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister Amy. Lord, You know the desires of her heart and the dreams she holds close. Your Word tells us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." We hold onto this promise, trusting that Your plans for Amy are good and filled with hope.
Father, we ask that You guide Amy in her journey. Help her to see that Your timing is perfect and that You make all things beautiful in their time, as Ecclesiastes 3:11 reminds us. Give her the patience and perseverance to continue pursuing her dreams, knowing that You are with her every step of the way.
Lord, we also pray for wisdom and clarity for Amy. Proverbs 3:5-6 instructs us to "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths." May Amy trust in You fully, acknowledging Your sovereignty and goodness, and may You direct her paths clearly.
We ask that You use Amy's life to bring joy and happiness to others, fulfilling the higher purpose You have for her. Ephesians 2:10 says, "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them." Let Amy walk in the good works You have prepared for her, bringing glory to Your name.
Lord, we pray for peace in Amy's heart as she waits on You. Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." May Your peace guard Amy's heart and mind as she trusts in Your perfect plan.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for the amazing things You will do in Amy's life. We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
