I am on SSI and my car ###

I am on SSI and my car is old and needs repairs. I don't have any money. And my cats are sick and I don't have any money for their vet bills. I have also bad fleas in house here. They're biting me and my cats causing scabs. I have no way to get to store or to vet for my cats.
