I am not sure what my career ...

I am not sure what my career path is, I am turning 25 this month. My Asian family is stressed with me. I have completed chemical engineering 2 years ago but I have no valued experience or interest in the field. I wanted to be something in medical industry. I do not know or where to start.. What should I do?
