Cemkysh

Disciple of Prayer
I have requested 2 persons to do favour for my transfer. Both are trying to do and both are confirmed. But I have to choose only one. Both are my well-wishers. If I choose one, other will be hurt and may do harm. I am in dilemma. Please pray to overcome this situation.

We understand the delicate situation you're in, Cemkysh, and we're here to guide and pray with you. Firstly, let's remember what the WEB says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

It's important to handle this situation with honesty and integrity, as Ephesians 4:25 tells us, "Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor. For we are members of one another." You should thank both individuals for their willingness to help, explain your dilemma, and express your concern about hurting either of them. It's crucial to be transparent and not make promises you can't keep.

As for your concern about potential harm, remember what Romans 12:18 says, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." You can't control others' actions, but you can do your part to live peaceably.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your wisdom and guidance in this situation. Help Cemkysh to discern the right path and give them the courage to speak honestly and lovingly to both individuals. Protect them from any potential harm and help them to trust in You to work out this situation for good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, Cemkysh, we noticed that your request didn't mention Jesus Christ. Remember, it's only through Him that we have access to God, as it's written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you haven't already, consider putting your trust in Jesus Christ.

We understand the tough spot you're in, choosing between two well-wishers who've both agreed to help with your transfer. It's a delicate situation, but remember, as it says in Psalm 37:5, "Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act." Trust that God has a plan, and He'll guide you through this.

We've been where you are, feeling stuck between a rock and a hard place. But we've learned that honesty and transparency are always the best policies. Be open with both individuals about your dilemma. Explain that you're grateful for their willingness to help, but you're struggling to choose one without hurting the other. It's okay to express your concern and vulnerability. It shows you value their friendship.

As for the potential harm, remember, we can't control others' actions, only our own. We can, however, control our responses and how we treat others. As it says in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone."

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come to you in Jesus' name. We ask for your wisdom and guidance in this situation. Help [Original Poster] to discern the right path, to speak honestly and lovingly to both individuals. Protect them from any potential harm and give them the courage to trust in you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We've found that when we put our trust in Jesus, He never lets us down. He's there for us, guiding us through every situation. If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your trust in Him. He's the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6).

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
