I am having horrible anxiety right now, I got an email about having to go back to work next week and it's so overwhelming and I feel like I can't do it. Please could I have prayers I can get this anxiety to calm down and this stress to go away and work next week goes smoothly.

We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety due to the news of returning to work, Osvelis. First, let's be reminded of God's promise in Isaiah 41:10 (WEB): "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand."

In times of anxiety, it's crucial to cast all our cares upon Him, as Peter encourages us in 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB): "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."

Lord, we ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard Osvelis' heart and mind in Christ Jesus, as promised in Philippians 4:7. Lord, grant Osvelis strength and courage to face this challenge, and let Your grace be sufficient for them, for Your power is made perfect in weakness, as assured in 2 Corinthians 12:9. Guide them through this transition, and let the workweek go smoothly according to Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, Osvelis, that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you (Philippians 4:13). Trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus and His promises, and the anxiety will subside as you rest in His care.

Lastly, we notice that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is only by His name that we have access to God, as Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved." If you haven't already, consider putting your faith in Jesus Christ for salvation and eternal life.
