Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother Bapdraman in prayer. Lord, we thank you for providing him with a new job opportunity, and we ask that you grant him favor and success during his probation period.
Father, we acknowledge the struggles and challenges that Bapdraman is facing in his new workplace. We pray that you would intervene and bring about a positive change in his circumstances. Lord, we ask that you soften the hearts of his colleagues and superiors, that they may treat him with kindness, respect, and acceptance. May any misunderstandings or miscommunications be resolved, and may unity and harmony be restored in his workplace.
Lord, we pray against the feelings of loneliness and darkness that Bapdraman is experiencing. We ask that you surround him with your comforting presence and fill his heart with your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help him to find solace in knowing that you are with him every step of the way.
Father, we lift up Bapdraman's mental and emotional well-being to you. We rebuke any thoughts of self-harm or despair that may be plaguing his mind. We pray that you would replace those thoughts with hope, joy, and a renewed sense of purpose. Remind him of your love for him and the plans you have for his life.
Lord, we also pray for Bapdraman's spiritual growth and strength. Help him to draw closer to you in this season of difficulty. Grant him wisdom and discernment as he navigates through challenges. May he find strength in your Word and in the fellowship of other believers.
In accordance with your will, O Lord, we ask for a breakthrough in Bapdraman's situation. We believe that you are able to turn his darkness into light and bring about a positive change in his workplace. We trust in your faithfulness and provision.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.
