I am grieving the loss of Coco, my 17 year old poodle.

I am grieving the loss of Coco, my 17 year old poodle. I know he was old but I feel I used poor judgment by giving him medication that may have hastened his death. Feeing so sad and condemning myself. Need to forgive myself but finding that difficult.
