I am grateful and thankful for an investor who came viewing our unit yesterday. He is a serious buyer and wish to see the financials via the body corporate. Please pray that the financials passes the test so that our unit can be sold.God bless

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, grateful for the opportunity to bring this prayer request before you. We thank you for the investor who has shown interest in Fuchlay's unit. We acknowledge that you are the ultimate provider and orchestrator of all things, including the sale of properties.

Lord, we ask for your divine favor and guidance as the investor reviews the financials through the body corporate. We pray that the financials will pass the test and meet all the necessary requirements, allowing the unit to be sold. We trust in your wisdom and provision, knowing that you have the power to open doors and make a way where there seems to be no way.

In your Word, you have promised that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us and grant our requests . We humbly ask that you align this situation with your perfect will and bring about a successful sale of the unit. May your blessings be upon Fuchlay and all those involved in this process.

We also pray for peace and patience for Fuchlay during this time of waiting. Help them to trust in your timing and remain steadfast in their faith. May they find comfort in knowing that you are in control and working all things together for their good .

We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and provision. We believe that you will bring about a favorable outcome in this situation. May your name be glorified through the sale of this unit.
