Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, on behalf of our anonymous brother or sister who is feeling compelled by the Holy Spirit to witness to someone. We lift them up to you, Lord, and ask for your guidance, courage, and peace as they step out in faith to share the message of your love and salvation.
You have promised in Acts 1:8 that when the Holy Spirit comes upon us, we will receive power to be witnesses for you. We pray that you would fill our anonymous friend with your Holy Spirit, empowering them to boldly proclaim your truth and share their faith with confidence.
We ask for your divine appointment, Lord, that you would lead them to the right person at the right time, someone whose heart is open and ready to receive your message. Give them the words to speak, Lord, and help them to communicate your love and grace effectively.
We also lift up the person they are called to witness to. We pray that you would prepare their heart to receive the message of salvation. Soften their heart, remove any barriers or doubts, and open their eyes to the truth of your Word. May they come to know you and experience the transforming power of your love.
Lord, we know that witnessing can be nerve-wracking and intimidating, but we trust in your promise that you will be with us always, even to the end of the age. So we ask for your peace to calm our anonymous friend's nerves and fill them with confidence in your presence.
Thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for equipping us to be your witnesses. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
