I am going to join a new company and I want work to go well and it need to balance me and my family. I want to do hard work and I want to get a good name. I don't want any scoldings or problems.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their prayer request as they embark on a new journey in joining a new company. We ask for your guidance and favor upon ###'s work, that it may go smoothly and be a source of blessing for both ### and their family.
Lord, we pray for a healthy balance between work and family life. Help ### to prioritize their time and responsibilities, granting them wisdom to manage their work commitments while still being present for their loved ones. May their work bring provision and stability to their family, and may it be a means to honor and glorify You.
We ask, Lord, that ###'s hard work be recognized and rewarded. Grant them opportunities to showcase their skills and abilities, and may their efforts be fruitful. Protect ### from any scoldings or problems that may arise in the workplace. Shield them from any unjust criticism or unfair treatment, and grant them the strength and resilience to overcome any challenges they may face.
We are reminded of the words of Proverbs 22:29, which says, "Do you see someone skilled in their work? They will serve before kings; they will not serve before officials of low rank." May ###'s dedication and commitment to their work bring them honor and a good name among their colleagues and superiors.
Lord, we commit ###'s new job into Your hands, trusting that You will guide and provide for them every step of the way. May they find fulfillment and satisfaction in their work, knowing that they are using their talents and abilities for Your glory.

God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
