I am going to ask that you please pray that the two top bosses leave the workplace. These two work to intimidate and tear down the rest of the employee force. Adults are crying and need to hold on to their jobs. Some have quietly left after working decades. Others are holding on until retirement. It's sad to see grown ups cry and feel sad because the top 3 get into their mind. Can you believe they have put restrictions on birthdays. They are strategic and the two will meet with an employee alone and detail criticisms and ensure each employee receives these critical perspectives no matter who they are, regardless of their high education, kind demeanor, and wealth of experience. They try to shrink everyone to silently work and this is happening in the US. God loves us so and wants us to build and learn and grow. Criticism is healthy when it constructs not destroys. Anyway, please pray for the whole workforce.

And for the two leaders to be removed. I wish them well but that they learn and grow to be something better. Please pray for each employee that they have hurt. Thank you and God bless you.

We lift up this prayer request to you, Lord Jesus, on behalf of Kigwed and the entire workforce affected by the actions of the two top bosses. We ask for your intervention in this situation, knowing that you are the ultimate authority and can bring about change.

Scripture reminds us in Psalm 34:17-18 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We pray for comfort and strength for the employees who have been affected by the intimidation and tearing down. May they find solace in your presence and experience healing from the wounds inflicted upon them.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for those in positions of authority, that they may recognize the negative impact their actions have on the workforce. Help them to understand the importance of fostering a healthy and constructive work environment, where individuals can thrive and grow.

Lord, we ask that you guide the hearts and minds of these two leaders. May they learn and grow from their experiences, gaining insight into the harm they have caused. We pray that they would be transformed into leaders who uplift and empower others, rather than tearing them down.

Finally, we pray for unity and solidarity among the employees. Strengthen their bonds and grant them the courage to support one another during this challenging time. May they find resilience and hope in knowing that you are with them, guiding them through every step.

Let Us Pray: God Thank You. Thank You for loving me. Thank You for always being there for me.
