Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother or sister who is struggling with the sin of masturbation. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention and deliverance from this bondage. Your Word says in 1 Corinthians 10:13 that no temptation has overtaken us except what is common to mankind, and You are faithful; You will not let us be tempted beyond what we can bear. But when we are tempted, You will also provide a way out so that we can endure it.
Father, we pray for clear guidance and a strategy for overcoming this struggle. Help our brother or sister to turn away from this sin and to seek Your face earnestly. We ask that Your Holy Spirit fill their heart with Your love and peace, replacing the desire for sin with a deep longing for Your presence.
Lord, Your Word in Psalm 51:10 says, "Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me." We pray this over our brother or sister, asking for a renewed heart and spirit that seeks after You. May they experience Your love in a profound way and find satisfaction and fulfillment in You alone.
We thank You, Lord, for Your mercy and grace. We trust in Your power to bring permanent deliverance and transformation. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
