I am facing a lot of problems in my work place. Tow of my very junior is fighting a lot against me. I haven't done anything wrong to them. Since they have to go through some works if they are along with me they kept some distance from my session. They are capable enough to get into the goodlist of authorities. recently one girl who never talk to or listen to me came and invited with a single word for me to her marriage. after a lot of frustration I went for her marriage. When I reached there she didint even face to me. I felt so bad.Now she joined back for work and even wont look into my face. She is hurting me a lot by her behaviour and non cooperation.
