I am depressed. No one really knows. I spend hours and hours a day on a sober recovery forum motivating others through a club I started called the 24 hour club. People from all over the world sign in and commit to staying clean and sober for 24 hours.. I encourage people, write encouraging blogs, and have been give the opportunity to witness and bring others back to the Lord.

But I am sad. I can't even motivate myself to leave the house or even get up from my bed. I am on this computer day and night. I am 52, I am obese, and I am so afraid that I will be crippled or bed bound by 60. I have back pain. Please Lord God help me find the strength to start living in the real world and not just in cyber world.Please pray for me.

There could be thyroid issues not picked up by conventional testing-- your body makes thyroid so tests are normal, but your cells are not using it. I recommend Dr mark Starr's book, Hypothyroidism Type 2, available on Amazon. Treating could go a long way to help your depression, weight, pain, and overall heatlh.
