We understand that you're seeking deliverance from a spiritual spouse and protection for your marriage after having an inappropriate dream. We commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name and for praying for others who might be going through similar situations.
Firstly, we want to address the dream you had. Dreams like this can be a result of spiritual attacks, but they can also be a reflection of our own thoughts and desires. It's important to guard our hearts and minds, as we are told in Proverbs 4:23, "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life."
We must also remember that sexual interaction outside of marriage is considered fornication or adultery, which is clearly forbidden in the Bible. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:18, "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."

"Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of this sister and her marriage. We rebuke any spiritual spouse or unclean spirit that may be troubling her, and we command it to leave in Jesus' name. We render that dream null and void, and we pray for a hedge of protection around her marriage.
We also pray for her husband, that You would strengthen him and give him wisdom and discernment. We pray that their marriage would be a beacon of Your love and grace, and that it would be used to bring glory to Your name.
We ask that You would give her peace and reassurance, and that You would help her to fix her thoughts on You. We pray that Your face would shine upon her and her husband, and that You would give them both peace.
We also intercede for anyone else who may be going through a similar situation. We pray that You would deliver them and give them the strength to resist the enemy's attacks.

Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
