I am Debabrata Dasgupta, petitioner in WPC NO.3650/2019 in jharkhand High court,Ranchi. I am now more than 69 years old and passing days in starving stage since long without getting salaries, retiral dues and pension since long as my writ petition is pending in jharkhand High court,Ranchi. All the pleadings from the side of the petitioner and the respondents in this Writ Petition has been completed many days ago. In my IA No. 6543/2012 dated 21-07-2022, i have submitted prayer for early date of final hearing considering my old age and present starving stage being deprived of salaries, retiral dues and pension as this case is pending in this court in jharkhand High court, Ranchi.
