I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
We understand that you are struggling with a compulsive behavior that is causing harm to your tongue and disrupting your life. First, we want to assure you that God is near to those who call on Him in truth. The Bible tells us, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28 WEB).
However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is important to know that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). We encourage you to call upon the name of Jesus, for "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:13 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Acheram who is struggling with a compulsive behavior that is causing harm to their tongue. Lord, we know that this is not Your will for Acheram's life. We ask that You would grant them peace and healing from this compulsion. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Give them the strength to resist and overcome this behavior, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit that they may live a life pleasing to You. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.
We encourage you to take heart and trust in the Lord. Remember, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13 WEB). Stand firm in your faith and resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7 WEB). Keep your mind stayed on Jesus and His Word, for it is your weapon against any compulsion or temptation.
