We understand that you are struggling with a compulsive behavior that is causing harm to your tongue and disrupting your life. First, we want to assure you that God is near to those who call on Him in truth. The Bible tells us, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28 WEB).
However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is important to know that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). We encourage you to call upon the name of Jesus, for "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:13 WEB).

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
