Firstly, it's important to remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including financial matters. Psalm 37:21 in the World English Bible (WEB) says, "The wicked borrow, and don't pay back, but the righteous give generously." We pray that this individual will be convicted to do what is right and repay the debt promptly.
Let's pray together:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today lifting up ###. Lord, she has been going through a difficult time due to an unpaid debt. We ask that You soften the heart of the one who owes her and prompt them to repay the debt urgently and in full. Father, we also pray for ###'s peace of mind. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
In this time of waiting, we encourage you to trust God and His timing. Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB) reminds us to "trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."
Lastly, we want to gently remind you that in your future dealings, it's wise to be cautious when lending money. Proverbs 22:7 (WEB) warns, "The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender." It's important to seek God's wisdom in all financial decisions.
Stand firm in your faith and remember that God is your provider and protector.
