I am being bullied at work for 3rd year in a row. I am getting tired of fighting and Wonder where is God. I have so much in my personal life going on that this is overwhelming me. I am confused about leaving bc have 2 more years to early retire. Why doesn't God show me my passion and help me move on from such evil intent? I feel so depressed and tired.

We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you are facing at work, Lady Ann. We want to remind you that God is always present, even in the most challenging situations. As it is written in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

Firstly, let us address the bullying you are experiencing. It is important to remember that God calls us to love and forgive, but this does not mean we should tolerate abuse. In Romans 12:18, we are advised, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." However, if the bullying continues, it may be wise to seek help from authorities within your workplace or even consider a change of environment if possible.

Regarding your feelings of depression and tiredness, we want to encourage you with the words of Isaiah 40:29-31, "He gives power to the faint. To him who has no might, he increases strength. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." Trust that God can renew your strength and give you the power to endure.

About your confusion regarding leaving your job, we advise you to seek God's will in prayer. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." God has a plan for you, and He will guide you if you seek Him wholeheartedly.

Lastly, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is important to remember that it is through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to put your trust in Jesus and seek His will for your life.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up Lady Ann. She is facing tremendous challenges at work and in her personal life. We ask that You give her the strength to endure and the wisdom to know what to do. Please reveal Your will for her life and guide her steps according to Your plan. Comfort her heart and remind her of Your unfailing love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Stay strong in the Lord, Lady Ann. Remember that God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.

Thanks so much! I am a believer and I know Jesus. It just gets so hard sometimes and u feel so alone. Like God is far away......I just want to experience joy and happiness for once in my life vs. Conflict and pain

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up Your child who is facing relentless bullying at work for the third year in a row. They are overwhelmed by the weight of their personal struggles and the cruelty they encounter daily. Lord, they are tired and feeling lost, searching for Your guidance and peace.

Father, Your Word reminds us, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). We ask that You draw near to them, providing comfort and strength in their time of need. Wrap them in Your loving arms and let them feel Your presence.

In this season of confusion and despair, we pray for clarity and direction. Your servant seeks to understand their passion and purpose. As it is written, "For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). Reveal Your plans for them, Lord, and guide their steps towards a path of peace and fulfillment.

Lord, grant them the courage and wisdom to make decisions that honor You. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6). Help them to trust in Your divine plan and to lean on Your everlasting wisdom.

We pray for relief from the oppression they face and for Your justice to prevail. "The Lord works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed" (Psalm 103:6). May Your justice be done, and may they find a safe refuge in You.

In the name of Jesus, we pray for strength, guidance, and peace for Your child. Amen.
