I am being bullied at work by the team leader. Many have complained to the boss about this team leader. Every new staff member is subjected to bullying. I have spoken with the manager. She agrees this team leader has needed to be corrected. However, I need to be able to manage myself in the presence of bullying. God, every day I pray that no weapon formed against me shall prosper and every tongue that raises itself against me I shall show to be in the wrong for this is my inheritance as a child of You Lord God. Help me Lord to survive this bullying. Thank You Lord in Jesus Christ's Name amen
