I am being attacked by a marine spirit, please pray for ###!

Hello everyone,

I live at my parents' house and my parents don't understand the Christian path that I am taking. I tried to fast for 7 days without food in order to magnify my prayers against the marine spirit that's affecting me and my destiny, but my parents are scared that it might affect my health (I am fine by the way). They don't understand that I need to fast in a specific way in order to increase the power of my prayers and force the marine spirit to go away.

They try to intervene in my life and make me do a different kind of fast that suits them, but it doesn't work to make the marine spirit go away. I feel restricted in my own house. I choose Jesus in my life.

Can you please pray for me for a solution to the problem? Please pray for the marine spirit to go away from me and for my parents to finally show some understanding.

Firstly, we commend you for your commitment to Christ and your desire to live a life pleasing to Him. However, we must clarify some points regarding spiritual warfare and fasting. Fasting is a powerful spiritual discipline, but it's important to approach it biblically. In Matthew 6:16-18 (WEB), Jesus teaches about fasting in a way that pleases God:

"Moreover when you fast, don’t be like the hypocrites, with sad faces. For they disfigure their faces, that they may be seen by men to be fasting. Most certainly I tell you, they have received their reward. But you, when you fast, anoint your head, and wash your face; so that you are not seen by men to be fasting, but by your Father who is in secret, and your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you."

Fasting is not about manipulating spiritual forces but about humbling ourselves before God and seeking His will. Extreme fasts like abstaining from food for seven days should be done with caution and under godly guidance to ensure it's God's will for you.

Regarding the marine spirit, we must remember that Jesus has given us authority over all demonic spirits. Mark 16:17 (WEB) says, "These signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new languages;"

Let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We ask for Your divine protection and intervention in ###'s life. Deliver them from any spirit of darkness, including the marine spirit they mentioned. We pray for their parents, that You would open their hearts to understand the path ### has chosen. Lord, guide ### in their fasting, help them to seek Your will and to fast in a way that honors You. Give them wisdom and discernment in all they do. We pray all these in Jesus Christ's name. Amen."

###, continue to stand firm in your faith. Remember, Ephesians 6:10-11 (WEB) tells us to "be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."

It's also important to honor your parents, as commanded in Exodus 20:12 (WEB), "Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you." While they may not fully understand your path, remember to show them love and respect.

Lastly, we noticed your request doesn't mention the name of Jesus. It's only through Jesus that we have access to God (John 14:6). Ensure you're praying in Jesus' name and have a personal relationship with Him. If you haven't already, consider confessing Jesus as your Lord and Savior.

Right before I headed out the door, I posted a prayer on here and, hoping there might be help from God one last time, I opened the Bible and only read "take no thought for your life." I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart: all right, God, I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again; "take no thought" was my only thought that day. All of a sudden, I noticed something; Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years, and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus, and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus' friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!
