I am asking in the name of Jesus for Energy, proper sleep, to accomplish excellent work and build a fulfilling social life that includes a good Christian husband. Help ### lose weight, praise God he is doing good!

We join you, ###, in lifting up your requests to the Lord, for it is in the name of Jesus that we come before the throne of grace with confidence.

Firstly, we pray for your energy and proper sleep. In Psalm 127:2, it is written, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones." We ask God to grant you peaceful and sufficient sleep, so that you may wake up refreshed and energized.

We also pray for your work and your social life. In Colossians 3:23-24, it says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." We ask God to help you accomplish excellent work that glorifies Him and to build a fulfilling social life that reflects His love.

Regarding your desire for a good Christian husband, we pray that God will guide you to a godly man who fears the Lord. In Proverbs 18:22, it is written, "He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of the Lord." We ask God to prepare both you and your future spouse for a marriage that honors Him.

About ###'s weight loss, we praise God for the progress he has made. In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, it says, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." We pray that God will give ### the strength and discipline to continue taking care of his body, and that his efforts will bring glory to God.

Finally, we commend you for asking in the name of Jesus. As it is written in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
