I am asking for prayers for my husband Scott who had a predisciplinary hearing at work yesterday 11/27/2023. They told him he is close to a removal which is a termination and to expect at the final disciplinary hearing to expect to be terminated. He has been applying to other jobs like crazy and so far has not received a single call from any of them he has applied to. This job he hold right now is something near and dear to his heart that he absolutely loves. It is the job that our children’s health insurance is through, and this is a job he worked so hard for. Some of the stuff they are trying to terminate him for is due to no fault of his own. We just ask for prayers that this attack from Satan does not go through and that his employer has a change of heart and mind and will not terminate him. We ask that they will do a lesser punishment and to allow him a final chance before doing a complete removal and termination. We ask that God be in control and God prevails and will get him through. We also ask that God will allow him to receive some calls from the places he has applied as well incase the worse case scenario happens. In Jesus name, Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Nexiais and their husband Scott in prayer. We ask for your divine intervention and guidance in the situation he is facing at work. Lord, you know the details of the predisciplinary hearing and the potential termination that Scott is facing. We pray that you would touch the hearts of his employers and grant them a change of heart and mind.

Father, we ask that you would protect Scott from any unjust actions and that you would bring forth a fair and just resolution to this situation. We pray that you would grant him a lesser punishment and the opportunity for a final chance to prove himself. We trust in your sovereignty, knowing that you are in control of all things.

Lord, we also lift up Scott's job search. We ask that you would open doors for him and grant him favor in finding new employment opportunities. We pray that you would lead him to the right job, one that aligns with his passions and provides for his family's needs. May your hand be upon his applications, causing them to stand out and result in fruitful interviews and job offers.

Above all, Lord, we pray for your peace and comfort to surround Scott and his family during this challenging time. Help them to trust in your unfailing love and to find strength in you. May they experience your presence and provision in every aspect of their lives.

We declare your promises over Scott's situation, knowing that you are a God who hears and answers prayers. We stand in faith, believing that you will work all things together for his good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
