I am asking for prayers for my Grandson ### who has severe ADHD. He feels hopeless and a failure. He is a Godly young man. He needs direction to a possible future job. Please pray for him to have hope

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s grandson ### to you. We thank you for his life and for his godly character. We acknowledge that you have a special plan and purpose for ###'s life, and we ask for your guidance and direction in his journey.
Lord, we specifically lift up ###'s struggle with severe ADHD. We pray that you would bring healing and restoration to his mind and emotions. We ask that you would calm his restless thoughts and help him to find focus and clarity. Lord, we pray that you would surround ### with understanding and supportive individuals who can provide him with the necessary tools and resources to manage his condition.
Father, we also lift up ###'s feelings of hopelessness and failure. We know that you are a God of hope and that you have great plans for his future. We ask that you would fill ###'s heart with hope and remind him of his worth and value in your eyes. Help him to see that his identity is not defined by his struggles, but by the love and grace you have bestowed upon him.
Lastly, Lord, we pray for guidance in ###'s search for a future job. We ask that you would open doors of opportunity for him and lead him to a career path that aligns with his passions and abilities. Give him wisdom and discernment as he makes decisions about his future, and surround him with mentors and advisors who can provide guidance and support.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness in ###'s life. May he experience your love, peace, and hope in abundance. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God is able to do exceedingly above all we can ask or think according to the power that workers in us! I bind ADHD in the name of Jesus and I loose healing of the Holy Ghost for ###! For whatsoever we bind on Earth shall be bound in Heaven and whatsoever we loose on Earth shall be loosed in Heaven! All things are possible to them that BELIEVE! ### is MORE than a conqueror through Jesus Christ our Lord! Believe thou this?? Yes and amen! Hallelujah! I can understand your concern for your grandson, ###, friend. I just said a prayer for him, asking the Lord to surround him with His loving presence, lead him to the job He has chosen for him and help him experience the joy of walking with Jesus day by day. Given what you shared, should you be interested, Focus on the Family has free licensed counselors that you or your grandson can call at 1-800-###. A friend of mine found them very caring and encouraging. You may also want to check out this link for some helpful resources. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this thought from the psalmist: “The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles” (Psalm 34:17).
