Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and the relationship with ###. Lord, You are the God of reconciliation and healing. We ask for Your divine intervention in this relationship, that it may be renewed and strengthened according to Your will.
Father, we pray for understanding between ### and ###. Grant them the wisdom that comes from above, as described in James 3:17, which is pure, peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere. May they communicate with each other in love and patience, seeking to understand rather than to be understood.
Lord, we ask for forgiveness to flow freely between them. Just as You have forgiven us our trespasses (Ephesians 4:32), help them to forgive one another, letting go of any bitterness or resentment. May their hearts be softened by Your grace, and may they find peace in Your forgiveness.
We also pray for the durability of this relationship. May it be built on the solid rock of Your Word and Your love. As Ecclesiastes 4:12 reminds us, a cord of three strands is not quickly broken. Be the third strand in their relationship, Lord, binding them together with Your love and truth.
We trust in Your power to heal and restore, believing that nothing is impossible for You (Luke 1:37). We commit this relationship into Your hands, asking for Your perfect will to be done.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
