I am asking for prayer as I am facing my Gambling addiction. I have caused harm to my marriage and so truly want to overcome this and focus on the things important to me, God and my family.

Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with our hearts open, lifting up ### in prayer. Lord, Your Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 10:13 that "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it." Father, we ask for Your strength and guidance for ### as this battle against gambling addiction is faced.
Lord, we pray for healing over the marriage that has been affected. We know that "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). May Your presence be felt in the relationship, bringing restoration and peace.
We also seek Your wisdom and discernment for ###, that focus can be shifted towards things that are truly important: faith, family, and a life that honors You. As it is written in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me," we trust that with Your help, victory over this addiction is possible.
Lord, we ask for Your protection over ###, keeping away all temptations and providing the support needed to overcome this struggle. May Your grace be abundant, and may Your love be felt deeply during this time of recovery and renewal.
