I am anxious about my business

I am anxious about my business, the employees' well being and their happiness in their work. I have lost trust in one of the managers. I ask to remove the anxiety, to remove the obsession. To help me see his will here and for the right actions.

Mewessan, we understand your anxiety about your business, your employees' well-being, and the trust issues you're facing with one of your managers. Let's bring these concerns before the Lord together, seeking His will and guidance.

Firstly, let's address the anxiety you're feeling. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB). It's crucial to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).

Regarding your business and employees, remember that God is interested in every aspect of our lives, including our work. Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB) says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." Let's pray for God's guidance in your business decisions and for the well-being of your employees.

Concerning the manager you've lost trust in, we should pray for discernment. Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB) advises, "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We should also pray for this manager, that they may act with integrity and be a positive influence in your business.

Let's pray:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Mewessan's business, employees, and the manager in question. Lord, please remove the anxiety and obsessive thoughts Mewessan is experiencing, and replace them with Your perfect peace. Guide Mewessan in all business decisions, and help them to see Your will clearly. We pray for the employees, that they may find joy and fulfillment in their work, and that they too may walk in Your ways. We ask for discernment regarding the manager, and if there's any wrongdoing, we pray that it would be brought to light and dealt with accordingly. We also pray for this manager's salvation and transformation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Mewessan, continue to trust in God, knowing that He hears your prayers. If you haven't already, ensure that you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, as it's through Him that we have access to God (John 14:6 WEB). Keep seeking His will and He will direct your paths.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You.
