Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Dethsa, who is facing a decision regarding a job offer. Lord, we ask for your guidance and wisdom to be upon Dethsa as they consider whether to stay in their current company or accept the offer from another company. We pray that you would grant them clarity of mind and discernment to make the right decision according to your will.

Your Word reminds us in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him." We ask that you would pour out your wisdom upon Dethsa, enabling them to see the path that aligns with your perfect plan for their life.

Lord, we also pray for your provision and blessings upon Dethsa's career. May you open doors of opportunity and bless them with favor in their current job or in the new opportunity, whichever is in accordance with your divine plan. Help them to trust in your provision and not be swayed solely by financial considerations.

Lastly, we pray for peace and assurance to fill Dethsa's heart as they make this decision. May they find comfort in knowing that you are with them every step of the way, guiding and directing their path.
