I am a professional gospel saxophone artist. My neighbor below is complaining to the community manager about my practicing. I have practiced during specified times. The neighbors also unjustly called the police when I was not playing. There has been such a trying time for me. I've moved here Sept 1,2009. Before I made a decision to move, It was promised to me that practicing was fine within the time specified. Since now it has not been encouraging!
