Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, asking for your mercy and grace on behalf of ###, a pastor from ### who has backslidden in adultery. We know that you are a God of love and compassion, and we ask that you would restore ### to a place of repentance and faithfulness. Give him the strength and courage to turn away from his sin and to seek your forgiveness and healing. Help him to find the support and guidance he needs to stay on the path of righteousness. We pray that you would give him the grace to forgive himself and to find peace and joy in your presence. In Jesus' name, Amen.
