I am a fragile mess of depression and anxiety. Its like I could shatter any second. Something bad happened and .. I feel so hopeless, worn, and at the end of my rope. I’m waiting for God to answer me. For a friend to answer me. I feel like both of them are going to reject me. I’m such a scared sad child. I know I am only a stranger .. but would someone please pray for me? Thank you, and may God bless you. Amen

Dear Anonymous,

In the name of Jesus, we lift up your prayer request before the Lord. We understand that you are feeling overwhelmed by depression and anxiety, and it seems like you are on the verge of breaking. We want you to know that you are not alone in this struggle. The Bible reminds us in Psalm 34:17-18 that "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

We pray that God's comforting presence surrounds you during this difficult time. May He bring you peace that surpasses all understanding and fill you with hope. We ask that God grants you the strength to endure and overcome these feelings of hopelessness. Remember, in Matthew 11:28, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

We also pray for God to provide you with a friend who will support and encourage you. May this friend be a source of comfort and understanding, helping you to feel accepted and loved. We ask that God removes any fear of rejection and replaces it with His perfect love, for 1 John 4:18 reminds us that "There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear."

Dear Lord, we lift up this precious soul to You, knowing that You are the ultimate source of healing and restoration. We ask that You pour out Your grace and mercy upon them, bringing them peace, joy, and renewed strength. May they experience Your love in a profound way and find solace in Your presence.

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.

Vision and Clarity---A fragile mess now but a beautiful Masterpiece soon. Right before we shatter we suddenly get saved from disaster. Bad things happen then something good will change it. I hear you through your words. Let yourself feel hopeful and feel that this will be resolved by God's grace and mercy and your wisdom too. Yes it's true that you're wise because you reached out for healing and forgiveness. You're not a stranger to God. Prayers are answered in your Faith. Sit right now and breathe in your heart and soul to heal your situation. I ask you to please do some visualization. Close your eyes and say this thing I'm looking at is meaningless because I am the only one giving it meaning. Just say it 3 times. Then open up your eyes and look around you. Does this still have meaning to God? It's just an exercise. Don't let it be too serious. Visualize your desired outcome. Breathe and ask God for understanding and wisdom. See it the way you desire it. Then let it go. If the nagging thought arises turn from it and say I'm with God. God is with me. It's called the golden key method by a man named Emmitt Fox look him up YouTube etc. This is the way God helps us by sharing insights. You are stressed and in fear. Take a short walk. Move your body. Send love to yourself and your friends. This too shall pass. In Jesus name Amen.
