I am a 26 year old gentleman residing in lusaka Zambia, I have been trying hard to stop masturbating but it's really been hard, no matter how much I try to avoid in that's the more I find myself doing it. Please , help me for I really want to be set free from this please help me...

We ask that You would grant him the strength and courage to overcome the temptation of masturbation. Help him to find the power to resist this temptation and to find freedom from this bondage. Give him the wisdom and guidance to make the right decisions and to stay away from anything that could lead him back to this sin.
