Dear Echdarren, What Articles said is perfect. But, I would also recommend highly to put on the Spiritual Armor of God in Ephesians 6 and also ask for God's protection each and every night before bedtime. If you don't know what to pray for God's Armor, search online for "Prayers to put on God's Armor" and there are many prayers online to choose from, or make your own. I used to get attacked by demon spirits at night, waking me at 3am. Since I pray each night putting on the armor and asking God's protection, I do not get these attacks at all anymore.
