Echdarren, we understand that you're experiencing distress due to an external voice instructing you to obey its commands, which leaves you feeling weak in spirit and body. Firstly, we want to assure you that your faith in Jesus Christ grants you authority over such experiences. Let us address this together through prayer and the Word of God.
We must remember the power and authority given to us through Jesus Christ. As it is written in Luke 10:19 (WEB), "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you." This includes any unfamiliar or ungodly voices seeking to control you.
It's crucial to know that not all voices are from God. We must test the spirits to ensure they are from God. 1 John 4:1 (WEB) states, "Beloved, don’t believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see if they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world." Any voice that brings weakness, confusion, or fear is not from God.
Let's pray together:
"Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, seeking Your divine protection and guidance for Echdarren. Lord, we rebuke any voice that is not from You, commanding it to leave in Jesus' name. We ask that You fill Echdarren with Your Holy Spirit, granting discernment to recognize Your voice alone. Strengthen their spirit and body, Lord, that they may stand firm in their faith. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Dear Echdarren, What Articles said is perfect. But, I would also recommend highly to put on the Spiritual Armor of God in Ephesians 6 and also ask for God's protection each and every night before bedtime. If you don't know what to pray for God's Armor, search online for "Prayers to put on God's Armor" and there are many prayers online to choose from, or make your own. I used to get attacked by demon spirits at night, waking me at 3am. Since I pray each night putting on the armor and asking God's protection, I do not get these attacks at all anymore.
