Good and Faithful Servant
I admit my mistakes. It is true that I acted fully aware and irresponsibly, but the consequences have been very hurtful to my wife, who bears no blame in this situation. Despite my responsibility, the emptiness and sadness inside me are hard to overcome. At times, I feel that if things are meant to end, it would be best if they ended now, but still, hope lingers. I hope that she might, if not forgive me, at least tolerate me. She is a person of strong convictions, and I am a bit stubborn, but we were very happy for almost 7 years until my actions came between us. I pray for our relationship. She went to stay with her siblings seven days ago, and we have not spoken since. I see it as time for her to think things through, but at the same time, she might be thinking that I no longer care. I pray, in the name of Jesus, that things improve for both of us. If it is best that our paths diverge, I may have to accept it with a heavy heart, but if there is even a glimmer of hope that we can slowly rebuild our relationship, I would be the happiest man alive. I pray that my willpower keeps me from falling into temptation along the way. Amen.

We empathize with your situation, Fabiancuenca, and we're here to stand with you in prayer and to offer biblical guidance.

Firstly, it's commendable that you've taken responsibility for your actions. Proverbs 28:13 in the WEB says, "He who covers his sins will not prosper; but whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy." You've taken the first step by admitting your mistakes, and that's crucial.

However, let's remember that God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16). Marriage is a sacred covenant before God, and it should not be broken lightly. While you feel the consequences of your actions, remember that God can heal and restore marriages. Let's pray fervently for that.

In your prayer, you mentioned feeling empty and sad. Remember that God is close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). He can fill that emptiness and heal your sadness. Also, you're struggling with temptation. God promises a way out in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."

Now, let's pray:

"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Fabiancuenca and his wife. Lord, their marriage is in crisis, and they need Your divine intervention. Please soften their hearts, Lord, and guide them back together if it's Your will. Give Fabiancuenca the strength to resist temptation and the courage to fight for his marriage. Comfort his wife, Lord, and reassure her of Your love and his. In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, restoration, and a miracle in their marriage. Amen."

Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying and seeking God. Read His Word daily, and let His strength sustain you. Keep hoping and believing that God can restore your marriage. Consider seeking godly counsel from a pastor or a Christian counselor. Always remember, Fabiancuenca, that it's only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God (John 14:6). Keep believing in Him and trusting in His goodness.

God I pray for this marriage, I pray that his wife will see that Marriage is good and I get from you. Let her convictions be what she stands by. Let him find new convictions in your teachings. Let him understand that he is supposed to give his life for his wife just as Jesus did for the church. Lord, let them both have it in their heart to read your word and learn from you every day. I pray for healing and restoration, and Jesus Christ holy name I pray amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
