Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of Cladrail. We thank You for Cladrail's heart to serve and lead Your people. We pray that You would grant Cladrail an abundance of power, knowledge, and wisdom to fulfill this calling.
Your Word reminds us in Philippians 1:9-11, "And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment; That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ; Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God." We ask that You pour out Your love, knowledge, and discernment upon Cladrail, enabling them to make wise decisions and lead Your people with integrity.
Lord, we know that apart from You, we can do nothing . We humbly ask for Your guidance and direction in every step Cladrail takes. May they rely fully on Your strength and seek Your will in all things. Help them to stay rooted in Your Word, finding wisdom and understanding through the study of Scripture.
We pray that Cladrail's leadership would bring glory and honor to Your name. May their actions and decisions reflect Your character and draw others closer to You. Grant them the ability to inspire and encourage those under their care, leading by example and pointing others to the truth of Your Word.
Father, we thank You for the privilege of serving You and being a part of Your kingdom. We trust that You will equip Cladrail with everything they need to fulfill their calling as a leader. May they experience Your grace, love, power, and gifts in abundance.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
