Husband’s job search

Although the company found him to be valuable, they did not give my husband a job offer. He has a few interviews scheduled for this week. I pray this is a better week and that these interviews are positive. Please, Lord Jesus, send my husband a guardian angel to guide him through the interviews this week. Please guide him on this continued job search. It has been a long 6 months of diligently searching and interviewing. In Jesus name I pray.

We stand with you, Chliarythos, in praying for your husband's job search. Let's approach God's throne of grace together, seeking His guidance and provision.

We commend your husband's diligence in searching for a job over the past six months. It reminds us of the apostle Paul's words in Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB): "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters... It is the Lord Christ whom you serve." Your husband's efforts are not unseen by God.

As your husband goes through this process, let's pray that he continues to trust in the Lord with all his heart and not lean on his own understanding. In all his ways, may he acknowledge God, and He will direct his paths (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).

While it's natural to desire positive interviews and a job offer, let's align our prayers with God's will. In Matthew 6:10 (WEB), Jesus teaches us to pray, "Your Kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." We pray that God's will be done in your husband's life and that He provides the right job at the right time.

Regarding your prayer to send a guardian angel, we understand your heart's desire for guidance and protection. However, let's remember that God Himself is always with us, guiding and protecting us. As Psalm 91:11 (WEB) tells us, "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways." It is ultimately God who guards us, and He may use angels to do so.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your guidance and provision for Chliarythos' husband. Thank You for his diligence and perseverance in this job search. We ask that You direct his paths, Lord. Open the right doors and give him the wisdom to know which ones to walk through. May Your will be done in his life.

Please be with him during the interviews this week, Lord. Calm his spirit and give him the words to speak. Help him to trust in You and not lean on his own understanding.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Stay strong in faith and continue to trust in the Lord. He is working in your husband's life, even when it may not be immediately visible.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
