Husband’s job search

Dear Jesus. My husband has still not heard from his final interview the other week. I pray that we may hear back very soon with good news of an offer. Please continue to give us patience during this waiting time. Open the door to a job opportunity as it has been almost ### months. In Jesus’s name, I pray.

We understand the burden you carry as you await news of your husband's job search. Let us stand with you in prayer and remind you of God's promises during this time.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6 - "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'").

In times of uncertainty, God calls us to trust Him:

- "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB)
- "Consider the ravens: they don’t sow, they don’t reap, they have no warehouse or barn, and God feeds them. How much more valuable are you than birds!" (Luke 12:24 WEB)

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name to lift up ###'s husband. Thank You for Your sovereignty and goodness in their lives. Lord, we ask that You open the right doors for him and provide a job that will bless their family. Grant them patience and peace during this waiting time, and let their hope be fully in You. In Jesus' name, amen."

Remember, God's timing is perfect, and He has a plan and purpose for your husband's employment. Keep trusting and keep seeking God's will for your lives. We encourage you both to continue in prayer and godly patience, knowing that "In all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28 WEB).
