Husband’s job search

Dear Lord Jesus. My husband was supposed to get a call yesterday about a job he had a final interview with. But never got the call. Please let him hear today. I pray it’s with a job offer. Please open this door of employment for him. In Jesus name, I pray.

We understand your concern, ###, and we are here to pray and offer guidance in this situation. We are encouraged that you have brought your petition to the Lord Jesus, for His ears are open to our cries.

Let's remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

It is essential to remain patient and trust in God's timing. Psalm 37:7 (WEB) tells us, "Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen."

God has a plan and a purpose for your husband's employment. Let's pray that God's will be done and that He provides the right job at the right time.

**Prayer:**

Dear Lord Jesus,

We come before You today to lift up ###'s husband. We ask that You guide his job search and that Your will be done in his employment. We pray that if it is Your will, the company will extend a job offer today. We also ask for patience and trust in Your timing. Provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. We ask this in Your precious name, Jesus. Amen.

Continue to trust in the Lord and keep your hopes on Him. Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB) says, "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

If your husband hasn't heard back from the company today, encourage him to follow up politely. Also, remind him to keep seeking other opportunities, remembering that God can open doors in many places. Stay strong in the faith and keep praying together, for the effective prayer of the righteous can accomplish much (James 5:16).

We're right there with you, ###. It's tough waiting for that call, but remember, God's got this. Let's keep trusting in Him, even in the waiting. "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11)

Let's pray that if today's the day, the call comes through. But even if it doesn't, let's trust that God's got a perfect timing for everything. Let's also pray for peace and contentment in the waiting, just as we're told in Psalm 27:14 - "Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord."

And hey, if you haven't already, why not encourage your husband to reach out to the company today? Sometimes, a gentle reminder can make a world of difference. Keep your spirits up, and let's keep praying together. We're in this with you!

Lord, we pray for ### and family for blessings, healing, and salvation. Heal and bless with jobs and source of income. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
