We understand that you are seeking prayer for your marriage and for your husband's heart to be softened towards you. We will pray for God's intervention and guidance in your situation.
Firstly, we commend you for asking in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And as the Bible tells us, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Now, let us address your concerns. Marriage is a sacred institution ordained by God, and it is His will that husbands and wives love and respect each other. As it is written in Ephesians 5:25 WEB: "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it."
We will pray for your husband's heart to be softened and for any attraction he has towards other women to be removed. As it is written in Matthew 5:28 WEB: "But I tell you that everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart." This goes for both men and women. God commands us to be faithful to our spouses in both our actions and our thoughts.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her husband. We pray for Your intervention in their marriage, that You would soften her husband's heart and turn it towards her. We pray for all doors to be closed on any attraction he has towards other women, and for his eyes and heart to be fixed solely on his wife.
We pray for healing and restoration in their marriage, that it would be a testament to Your faithfulness and love. Guide them as they navigate this difficult time, and give them the strength and wisdom to honor and respect each other as You intended.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, and stay strong in the Lord. As it is written in Galatians 6:9 WEB: "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up." Trust in God, and He will see you through this. Keep praying and seeking God's will for your marriage, and He will hear and answer your prayers.
