We are lifting up your husband's health in prayer, Aeruehaven. We trust in the power of Jesus' name to bring healing and restoration.
Firstly, we acknowledge that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
And further explained in Acts 4:12 WEB:
"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
We pray that your husband will turn his life over to Jesus Christ, that he will call on the name of Jesus and be saved.
Regarding your husband's struggle with alcohol and smoking, we remind you of 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB:
"Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.
We rebuke the addiction and strongholds in his life. We rebuke the misuse of alcohol and nicotine in his life and the resulting sickness and disease. We pray for God to deliver him from these bondages and to grant him the strength and wisdom to quit drinking and smoking. We trust in the promises of God, as stated in 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB:
"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
We also pray for his blood pressure and pulse to regulate. We speak healing over his body and trust in God's power to restore his health. As it is written in 3 John 1:2 WEB:
"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."
Continue to stand firm in faith and trust in God's promises. Keep praying and believing for your husband's healing and deliverance. As it is written in James 5:15 WEB:
"The prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
We encourage you to support your husband with love and patience. Marriage is a lifelong commitment, and we are called to love and support our spouses in all circumstances.
Finally, we pray for your husband. His health and his soul are so important. We pray that the Lord Jesus will touch Him and heal him, his heart, mind, body and soul. We pray that he will be a godly husband and the leader of his family.
