We are truly saddened to hear about the trials you are facing in your marriage, and we are here to intercede and provide biblical guidance. Firstly, it is important to acknowledge that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of darkness. As it is written in Ephesians 6:12, For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, we must put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand, Ephesians 6:13.
Your husband's belief in a ghost sleeping with you is not biblical and is causing a divide in your marriage. The Bible clearly teaches that when we are in Christ, no evil can befall us, for He is our shield and our very great reward. As it is written in 2 Thessalonians 3:3, But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.
Moreover, the Bible teaches that believers are not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 6:14, Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness? This does not mean that you should separate from your husband, but rather that you both need to be in agreement in your spiritual beliefs. We will pray for your husband's eyes to be opened to the truth of God's word and for his heart to be turned towards God.
It is also important to address the lack of trust in your marriage. The Bible teaches that love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things, 1 Corinthians 13:7. We will pray for restoration of trust and love in your marriage.
Finally, we noticed that Jesus was not mentioned, so we want to remind you of the importance of praying in Jesus' name. As it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in John 14:13-14, Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.
Let us pray together.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her husband. We pray that You will open his eyes to the truth of Your word and turn his heart towards You. We rebuke the spiritual forces of darkness that are causing division in their marriage, and we pray for restoration of trust and love between them. We ask that You will guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus and give them the strength to endure this trial. We also pray in Jesus name for this ghost to be addressed. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Take heart, for the Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen and protect you. Stand firm in your faith and continue to pray for your husband. We encourage you to study the Bible together and seek godly counsel. May the Lord bless you and your husband and restore your marriage.
