We understand that you are going through a challenging time, Iruargor, and we want to lift up your concerns in prayer and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, it's crucial to acknowledge that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we do not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea (Psalm 46:1-2 WEB).
In all things, we are commanded to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, to let our requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB). This means putting all worries on the Lord Jesus since He can carry them for us. It's clear we are to ask in Jesus name and have faith that He is able to answer our prayers. It is only by His name that we have access to the Father. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me (John 14:6 KJVER). Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. It is clear that any prayer to God must be done in Jesus name. This is an essential and non negotiable requirement.
Regarding your husband's exam and job, we pray that God will grant him the wisdom and knowledge he needs to pass his exam. Remember that every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning (James 1:17 WEB). We also pray for his job, that God will grant him favor in the sight of his employers, that they will see the value and hard work he puts into his responsibilities. We are assured that Man's steps are established by the Lord when he delights in his way; though he stumble, yet he will not fall headlong, for the Lord holds onto his hand (Psalm 37:23 WEB).
Regarding your pregnancy, we thank God for the miracle of life, praying that He grants you a safe delivery and a healthy baby. The bible says that Children are a gift of the Lord, the fruit of the womb is his reward (Proverbs 13:3 WEB). Jesus went around healing people of all kinds of ailments and diseases. 1 Peter 2:24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. It is clear that it is God's will to heal even in the most basic of human afflictions. Be confident in this truth.
We also want to address your mental state. It's important to cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). If the worry or fear seems to persist, we recommend seeking godly counsel and support from your local church community.
Lastly, remember that God is always faithful. He will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we are are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that we may be able to bear it (2 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). Keep trusting in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time.
Let's pray together:
