We are saddened to hear about the struggles you and your husband are facing, Hgd, but we are grateful that you have reached out for prayer and support. We stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking God's intervention and healing.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your prayer. As it is written in Acts 4:12, WEB, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved." It is indeed through Jesus that we have access to God and His saving grace.
In times of mental distress, we are reminded of God's promise in Philippians 4:6-7, WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
"Father, we lift up Hgd's husband to You, asking for Your divine intervention. Please calm his nerves and settle his mind. Remove all anger and anxiety from him, and fill him with Your peace. Guide them both as they navigate this challenging time, and give Hgd the strength and wisdom to support her husband. We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
We encourage you, Hgd, to continue praying fervently for your husband and to seek godly counsel and medical assistance as needed. Remember, God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB).
Lastly, we gently remind you to ensure that your marriage is built on biblical principles. As wives, we are called to respect our husbands (Ephesians 5:33, WEB), and as husbands, they are called to love their wives as Christ loved the church (Ephesians 5:25, WEB). Trust in God, and He will see you through.
