Mydan, we stand with you in prayer, lifting up your family's needs to our Heavenly Father. We are thankful that you have acknowledged God's mercy and blessings in your life, and we join you in asking for wisdom to use the resources you've received effectively. We are reminded of Matthew 25:21 (WEB), "His lord said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a few things, I will set you over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.'"
We also pray for your success in your research project. Remember, God promises us in Philippians 4:13 (WEB), "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." We trust that God will grant you the strength, wisdom, and focus needed to excel.
Concerning your husband's employment, we fervently intercede on his behalf. It's encouraging that you've been patiently seeking for two years, and we believe that God has a perfect plan for your husband. In Isaiah 55:8-9 (WEB), God says, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' says Yahweh. 'For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.'"
We pray:
"Father God, we come before You in Jesus' mighty name, lifting up Mydan's husband. Lord, we ask that You open doors of opportunity for him, and that You guide him to the employment You have prepared for him. In the meantime, Lord, help them to trust in You, knowing that You provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory. Grant them patience and steadfastness as they wait on You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you both to remain steadfast in faith and hope, trusting in God's perfect timing. Remember, it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we are saved. Continue to stand on God's promises, and may His peace and joy fill your hearts as you wait on Him.
