We understand your concern for your husband's well-being and the need for restful sleep. Let us turn to the Word of God for comfort and guidance. In Psalm 4:8, it is written, "I will both lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety."
Firstly, we commend you for ending your prayer in the name of Jesus. As it is written in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is wonderful that you acknowledge this in your prayer.
Let us pray together for your husband and your family:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Saraha's husband to You. Lord, You know his needs and the concerns of their heart. We ask for Your healing touch upon him, that he would feel better and be restored. We also ask for the gift of sound sleep for him and their entire family, knowing that it is a precious gift from You. In Psalm 127:2, You remind us that "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his beloved." Let them experience this peace and rest, trusting that You are working even as they sleep.
We rebuke any anxiety or restlessness that may be causing sleepless nights, and we ask for Your peace that passes all understanding to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, as spoken in Philippians 4:7.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to trust in the Lord and rest in His care. May God's peace and comfort be with you and your family. Keep praying and seeking His face, knowing that He hears and answers your prayers. As it is written in 1 John 5:14-15, "This is the boldness that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of him."
