We understand that you are seeking prayer for your husband, Fredrick, regarding his upcoming parole hearing. We stand with you in prayer, asking for God's will to be done in this situation.
Firstly, we commend you for ending your request with In Jesus name, as it is only by His name that we have access to the Father and it is by his name that we gain our salvation. You acknowledge the truth found in Acts 4:12 , There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, wherein we must be saved.
We also are believing with you that you will be able to see him tomorrow. Although we have faith with you on this, we must remind you of the story of the three friends in the book of Daniel. They also were requesting to be removed from a situation they did not what to be in, just as you are requesting to get your husband home. They had faith that God was able to save them, but they also would continue to trust if He chose not to deliver them. We must always be mindful that our faith is in God and His eternal truths and promises even in the most difficult situations.
Now regarding the parole, God promises in Romans 13:1 WEB All authorities are from God. Those that exist are ordained by God and in Hebrews 13:17 WEB Obey your leaders and submit to them. We know with hope and still have assurance that God is with you and your husband and trust that His justice and His mercy will prevail in this.
Join us in praying:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Fredrick and his wife Cylgond. We ask, Lord, that You be with them as they prepare for the parole hearing tomorrow. We pray for wisdom and discernment for those making decisions, and we ask that Your will be done. We pray for strength and peace for both Cylgond and Fredrick, trusting that You are in control.
We also pray for forgiveness and entire repentance of any wrong attitudes, behaviors, and actions in Fredrick's past that led to his current situation. In Proverbs 28:13 it says, He who covers his sins will not prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy. Praying that mercy follows repentance and a sincere change of path in doing what is right moving forward.
Guide them through this challenging time, and help them to trust in You completely. Comfort and strengthen both their own faith, their faith in each other and in their marriage. Help continue to protect Fredrick from further harm, temptation, immorality, evil, brutality, and for the proper, fair, godly application of justice and mercy upon him and everyone else involved. Comfort and strengthen also their faith in in each other and encourage their love for each other as you have preserved them also for each other. This we pray in Jesus name, Amen
