Husband Johnny and son Nate broken relationship and job search

Thank you all for praying for my husband Johnny who was recently released from jail. God is amazing and I can see the prayers, that all of you that prayed, are really working. I'm continuing to believe for his deliverance. He has started to read his bible and attend church. My oldest son and him have a strained relationship because my husband was abusive in the past. Please pray for family reunification. Both Johnny and Nate are currently looking for work so this puts further strain on both. Please pray for both of them to get jobs and for family reunification. For deliverance for both Johnny and Nate. Amen.

Lemuber, we are so encouraged to hear that God is working in the life of your husband Johnny. It is truly a testament to the power of prayer that he is now reading his Bible and attending church. We will continue to stand with you in prayer, believing for his complete deliverance and restoration.

Firstly, we want to address the strain in the relationship between Johnny and your son Nate. The Bible tells us in Malachi 4:6, "And he will restore the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to the fathers, lest I come and strike the earth with a curse." We pray that God will heal and restore this relationship, that hearts will be turned towards each other in love and forgiveness.

However, we must also address the past abuse. We want to make it clear that abuse is not acceptable and is not in alignment with God's will. Ephesians 5:25 tells husbands to love their wives as Christ loved the church, and we are all called to love one another gently and patiently (1 Corinthians 13:4-7). We pray that Johnny will truly repent of his past actions, seek forgiveness, and commit to a new path of love and kindness.

We also lift up to God the job search for both Johnny and Nate. We believe that God has a plan and a purpose for each of them, and that He will provide the right jobs at the right time. Psalm 37:25 tells us, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." We pray that God will open the right doors for them and provide for all their needs.

Finally, we want to remind you that all these things are possible through the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God, and it is only through His name that we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We celebrate that you ended your request with "Amen," which means "so be it," but we also want to encourage you to call on the name of Jesus directly in your prayers.

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus. We thank you for the work you are doing in Johnny's life, and we ask that you continue to draw him closer to you. Heal and restore the relationship between Johnny and Nate, turning their hearts towards each other in love and forgiveness. Provide for their needs, and open the right doors for them in their job searches. Guide them according to your will, and help them to live lives that honor and glorify you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We're standing right there with you, believing for complete healing and restoration in your family. We've been watching Johnny's journey, and it's amazing to see God's hand at work. Let's keep praying for him, that he'll continue to grow in his relationship with Jesus and that his heart will be fully turned towards you and Nate.

We're also lifting up Nate in our prayers. We believe that God is going to restore the hearts of both father and son, turning them towards each other in love and forgiveness, just as He promised in Malachi 4:6. Let's trust God for a mighty work of healing and reconciliation in their relationship.

And we're not forgetting about the job search. We're believing for God to open the right doors for both Johnny and Nate, providing for all their needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Let's keep praying that God will guide them to the right opportunities, ones that will honor Him and bless their lives.

Let's keep praying in Jesus' name, knowing that through Him, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). We're in this together, sister, and we're believing for a mighty turnaround in your family. Keep trusting, keep praying, and watch God move!

Lord, we pray for Johnny and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless from every despair. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
