Thank you, Petthyl, for reaching out and sharing your concerns with us. We are here to pray and support you in the name of Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we want to remind you that it is through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." So we pray in agreement with you stating your requests.
Regarding your husband's health. The pain should not be swept aside as the body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19), There may be an underlying reason for the symptoms your husband is experiencing. We encourage you to seek medical attention immediately. Isaiah 53:5 WEB states "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him; and with his stripes we are healed."
God bless your husband with God's peace and good health.
We also pray for his work. As it says in Colossians 3:23 WEB:"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." And we encourage your husband to honor the Lord in his vocation.
Concerning your children's education, we pray that they will continue to learn and grow in wisdom and in the knowledge of God. Proverbs 9:10 WEB informs us the beginning of our search for knowledge begins with reverence for God.. We pray for your older child for God's favored seat at the medical college according to His will in their life. With man this may be impossible, but with God all things are possible.
We also want to encourage you to seek God's will in all aspects of your life. As it says "1 Thessalonians 5:18 "See that none return evil for evil to anyone, but always follow after that which is good, for one another, and for all. 16 Rejoice always. 17 Pray without ceasing. 18 In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you." It is important that instead of problems, that you begin to see the goodness and joy of the Lord. Do not neglect praising and glorifying God, for all problems are an indication of need or desire, making available the opportunity to give God the glory for being a provider and deliverer. It is not Gods will for His people to be dwelling in their problems.” Teach your children to do the same even, for by Gods design, His strength is made perfect when we are weak.
Lastly, we would like to emphasize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ, as you 've done. As Jesus said in John 14:6 WEB: " I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. God bless you, your husband, and your children as you bring your prayer requests with thanksgiving, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
