We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles your husband is facing with his health and stress. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's intervention for his healing and peace.
Firstly, let us remember what the Word of God says in Matthew 11:28-29 (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls." Jesus invites us to come to Him with our burdens, and He promises rest and peace.
Now, let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our beloved brother who is battling with chronic heartburn and extreme stress. Lord, You know the burden he carries, and You understand the struggles he faces. We ask for Your healing touch upon his body. Ease his pain and discomfort, and grant him complete healing.
Father, we also pray for his mind and spirit. The stress and pressure at work have taken a toll on him, and he finds it difficult to relax. Lord, give him the ability to cast all his anxieties upon You, knowing that You care for him (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Help him to find peace and calmness in Your presence.
Guide him to prioritize his health and make necessary changes in his lifestyle. Surround him with supportive colleagues and understanding superiors at work. Let Your grace and favor be upon him in his workplace.
We also pray for his relationship with You, Lord. If he does not already know You as his personal Savior, we pray that this situation will draw him closer to You. Open his heart to receive Your love and salvation through Jesus Christ.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you, dear sister, to stand strong in faith and support your husband during this time. Remind him of God's love and promises. Together, claim the victory that Jesus has won for us on the cross. If your husband is not yet saved, take this opportunity to share the gospel with him and pray for his salvation. Remember, it is only through the name of Jesus that we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
Stay strong in the Lord, and may His peace and comfort be with you both.
