It is important to understand that addiction is a form of bondage, and only through the power of Christ can true freedom be found. In Ephesians 4:29 (WEB), it says, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear."
